Samples
Samples are sent out free of charge, a maximum of 3 samples can be sent initially. To order samples please take advantage of the e-mail link, including the samples you would like sending, the colour pallete, and your address. Alternatively if you wish to discuss your samples then please don’t hesitate to call, and you can order them over the telephone.

Prices
The price of all stationery, and accessories are shown next to the design. The price includes for the invitations envelopes, and printed inserts of 1 page. For the Order of Services the price includes printed inserts of a maximum 8 sides. The menus, and thank you cards also come with a 1 page printed insert. Any major changes to designs will need to be quoted for separately.The prices shown do not include postage or packaging.

Ordering and bespoke design
The samples that you receive can be altered to suite your requirements. At this stage if there is any aspect of the design that you wish to change then please contact us to discuss your ideas, and we will endeavour to meet your requirements. Once the design is perfect, we will require all texts for inserts, (preferably e-mailed in a word document.) We will then send you out final proofs of your invitation, along with a purchase order form. If you are completely happy with the design and the text, then the order form will need to be completed and returned, along with 50% of the total cost of the order. The remaining 50% will be required on receipt of your order.

Delivery
Please allow a minimum of 6 weeks from receipt of your order form and deposit – to delivery of your order. All orders are sent Recorded Delivery with Royal Mail. This requires a signature from the recipient to ensure that the goods have been received safely. If orders can be sent out in one batch then this may bring down the price of postage.
