Prices
Lobelia Designs reserve the right to change the prices at any time without notice. However orders that have been placed before the price change will have the original charge honoured.

Payment
Payment must be made by cheque. Please do not send cash in the post. Cheques need to be made payable to ‘Lobelia designs’.

Refunds – Exchanges & Cancellations
All orders are personalised to your individual requirements. For this reason, refunds and exchanges will only be made if stationery is found to be faulty, or does not meet your order specifications. If an order is cancelled after a deposit has been made – the deposit becomes non-refundable as work will already have commenced.

Damage & Transportation
Lobelia cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit. However if items are damaged in the post, then this needs to be reported within 3 working days after receipt.

Designs
Lobelia Designs prides itself on its hand made policy. Each card and item is carefully & individually handmade from beginning to end. This means that each card may vary ever so slightly.
